By starting or continuing service with Turd Herders LLC ("Turd Herders"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will provide written notice when appropriate. Continuing service after notice of an update means you accept the revised Terms.
All active residential clients are subject to the current Terms of Service.
Turd Herders provides residential pet waste removal services, including:
All waste collected during our visits is removed from your property by Turd Herders. We do not leave bagged waste behind for you to dispose of.
Recurring service is provided as an ongoing maintenance subscription unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Recurring service is an ongoing maintenance subscription rather than a per-visit labor guarantee. There is no minimum contract period, and recurring clients may cancel at any time.
Your service rate is based on factors such as service frequency, number of dogs, and route or service conditions where applicable. Rates are structured to account for normal weather delays, holidays, and seasonal conditions. Missed visits caused by weather, access problems, or holiday closures are not normally refunded or credited.
All new recurring clients must complete an initial cleaning before regular service begins. The initial cleaning:
The time required for an initial cleaning depends on the condition of the yard, the amount of accumulated waste, and accessibility. Initial-cleaning fees are non-refundable once the service has been scheduled or performed.
Initial cleanings and one-time services are billed using labor-based pricing. Seasonal adjustments may apply during periods of heavier accumulation. Current rates, seasonal periods, labor increments, restart fees, and related charges are listed in our Residential Pricing Schedule. Turd Herders may adjust pricing with advance notice.
A valid credit card is required before service begins. Payment information is entered securely through our online client system. Automatic payment is required for recurring clients unless Turd Herders approves another arrangement in writing.
All new recurring clients must maintain a valid credit card on file for automatic monthly billing before service begins.
Clients whose accounts were established before this requirement ("legacy clients") must add a valid credit card no later than January 1, 2027 to continue service. Accounts without a valid card after that date may be suspended until the requirement is met.
Recurring clients are billed monthly on the 1st, with payment due by the 2nd. If service begins during the month, the first recurring invoice is prorated for the remaining portion of that billing cycle and charged after the initial cleaning.
A valid credit card is required to schedule an initial or one-time service. The card on file is charged 2 business days before the scheduled service date.
For example, if service is scheduled for Monday, April 6, the payment method on file will normally be charged Thursday, April 2.
If service is scheduled for a Friday, the payment method will normally be charged on the preceding Wednesday.
Holidays may cause the charge to be processed one day earlier. If payment fails and full payment is not received at least 24 hours before the scheduled service, the appointment may be rescheduled or canceled.
Declined payments may be retried for up to three calendar days. Accounts with an unpaid balance by the 15th of the billing month may be suspended. Accounts that remain unpaid through the last day of the billing month may be canceled or discontinued. Cancellation for nonpayment does not eliminate any outstanding balance. Billing does not accrue while an account is suspended. Service resumes only after the balance is paid in full and any applicable restart requirements have been met. If service is canceled or reduced during a billing cycle, Turd Herders may decline to issue a refund or credit for the unused portion of that cycle.
Service may be delayed, limited, or skipped when conditions include:
Credits or refunds are not normally issued for weather-related or access-related delays unless required by law or specifically approved by Turd Herders. Service will resume when conditions allow. Clients are responsible for making sure the service area is accessible.
If Turd Herders cannot complete a scheduled visit because of an internal issue such as staffing, vehicle trouble, or a scheduling error, we will contact you and make a reasonable effort to reschedule service within the same service week when possible. Credits are not guaranteed and are issued at the discretion of Turd Herders.
We require at least 48 hours' notice to pause recurring service. Requests received with less than 48 hours' notice may not take effect before the next scheduled visit. Pausing service does not automatically create a prorated credit unless Turd Herders approves one.
Pause of 30 days or less: A restart fee may apply as listed in the Residential Pricing Schedule. Current Terms of Service continue to apply.
Pause longer than 30 days: A new initial cleaning may be required before recurring service resumes if dogs remained at the property or yard conditions have changed significantly.
If service is suspended or canceled for nonpayment, the outstanding balance must be paid in full before service can restart. A reinstated account is treated as a new enrollment and resumes under the Terms of Service and Residential Pricing Schedule in effect at that time. Previous pricing or legacy arrangements do not automatically carry forward. Restart fees may apply to accounts suspended for less than 30 days. If service has been suspended for more than 30 days, a new initial cleaning charge will be required.
Turd Herders does not provide regular service on:
We will make every reasonable effort to adjust or reschedule routes during holiday weeks.
Turd Herders closes annually from Christmas Day through New Year's Day. This annual closure is already factored into recurring subscription pricing.
Clients are responsible for making sure:
Any aggressive incident or dog bite will result in immediate and permanent termination of service.
Account and service requests should be sent through one of these approved channels:
Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Text messages and website messages are monitored during business hours. We may not be available to respond outside normal business hours.
Sending a message does not by itself confirm an account change, cancellation, billing adjustment, or service modification. The request is not considered complete until Turd Herders confirms it in writing.
Clients are responsible for confirming that requested account changes have been received and processed.
We may require certain requests, including cancellations or billing disputes, to be confirmed by email.
Social media accounts are not monitored for service or account requests.
Rental properties, HOAs, apartment communities, property managers, and other multi-unit arrangements may be treated as commercial or managed accounts. These accounts may have separate pricing, billing terms, and written agreements. When a separate written agreement exists, that agreement takes precedence over these Residential Terms.
Turd Herders may suspend or terminate service because of:
Ending service does not preserve previous pricing. Any future restart is handled under Section 10.
Property damage claims must be submitted in writing to info@turdherders.net within 48 hours of the service visit. Claims reported after that period may be denied.
Turd Herders is not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the performance of services. Turd Herders' total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the most recent billing cycle.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure by Turd Herders to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
